I have over 10+ years of experience across diverse domains within Information Technology, with a strong focus on infrastructure, cloud, and security.

Currently, I am working as an Infrastructure Engineer for a renowned New Zealand organization. My current technology stack includes, but is not limited to, Cisco Meraki, VMware, Trend Micro, Darktrace, Azure AD, Azure Sentinel, FortiGate, and enterprise data security and management solutions. In addition to leading and implementing various infrastructure and security projects, I actively mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the organization.

During my earlier career phase, while managing relocation, I dedicated time to continuous learning and freelancing. Most recently, I worked as an IT Solutions Consultant with a Danish company, supporting customers across the Nordic region. My work involved Process Mining, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Enterprise Architecture, and Azure Cloud Administration.

I bring solid experience in application and incident management, along with several years of hands-on expertise in Unix/Linux systems, SQL, web development, computer networking, information security, identity and access management (IAM), databases, web administration, and cloud platforms.

Beyond technical skills, I have strong leadership experience. I represented over 20,000 students as a Board Director at CQUniversity Australia. I am also passionate about giving back to the community and currently serve as a Board Member of a Danish NGO.

I hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology from CQUniversity, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh. I have held roles such as System Engineer, System Administrator, IT Consultant, and Cloud Administrator, building a well-rounded professional foundation.
